This month’s meeting will include a visit from Robbin Phillips and Erik Nelson from Restaurant Development // Facilities and Equipment to discuss The Health of the Restaurant. Additionally, Leaders will have the option (at their Operator’s discretion) to stay for the second half for Q&A and more opportunities to learn.
Details are as follows:
When: Thursday, May 11
12:30pm - 2pm - Session 1: Health of the Restaurant Meeting (Operators & Leaders)
2:30pm - 4pm - Session 2: Leaders AIM Meeting (Optional for Leaders pending Operator approval)
Where: LifeFamily Austin Church, 8901 State Hwy 71, Austin, TX 78735
Who: Suggestions for leaders attending may include Directors, Leads, and Managers in the areas of Facilities Maintenance, Operations, or Back-of-House. *Due to space constraints, this event is limited to 2 attendees from each restaurant
What: Topics for the Health of the Restaurant Meeting will include creating a culture of health and proactiveness for your restaurant facilities, the new proposed HVAC preventative maintenance program, and other important facilities related topics. For Session 2’s Leaders AIM Meeting, we will host a Q&A with Erik and Robbin, hear Subject Matter Experts from within our AIM group discuss what systems or processes are working for them, and conclude with a brief opportunity to network and connect.
