I was simply the "ride"—the supportive friend providing transportation to a new development for an interview. I wasn’t seeking employment; I was just fulfilling a favor. However, the hiring manager perceived a quality in me that shifted the entire trajectory of the afternoon. Before I could return to my car, I was invited into an impromptu interview. I arrived as a chauffeur and left with a career. What began as a small gesture for a friend evolved into my own professional opportunity, marking the start of a journey clearly destined for a larger purpose.
My current project is Being a Multi-unit Executive director, bringing in a Repair and Maintenance (R&M) Specialist is a strategic move to reduce operational complexity and reclaim time for high-level business growth.
