Meet Grace Council,

I started my Chick-fil-A journey as a junior in high school. My interview was with now Operator, Ryan Saum. We immediately connected over our love of volleyball, and I loved hearing how passionate he was about the brand. I knew very little about Chick-fil-A’s story when I applied, but after my interview and orientation, I gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for the brand and its values.

Roles I’ve stewarded:

i. Store Manager

ii. Associate Restaurant Marketing Director

iii. Executive Director of Training

iv. Executive Marketing Director

I build, oversee, and execute the marketing plans for the Ben White and South Mopac locations. I am currently stewarding our Marketing Investment Credit plan at our Ben White location. We are investing more into our Drive-Thru events, weekly Family Nights, and our giveaway strategies. I am also working with our team to build good habits of suggestive selling and promoting seasonal items so that the effects from this credit can last after it is gone.

I am so grateful for all of the leaders that have invested in my development throughout my time here. I strive to give that same care and investment to the young leaders I interact with each day.
