Meet Javier Rodriguez,

I started working with South Mopac Chick-fil-A with Ken Massey In 2017 after graduating High School. I heard about Chick-fil-A from my mom and a current team member. She mentioned to me that she enjoyed working here and that the team was all so nice and friendly.

As the General Manager, I oversee Labor and Food Cost and the development of leaders. I also drive to integrate in the Daily day to day operations whether that is Front of House or Back of House and I get to spend time with the team working side by side with them.
I am currently working on optimizing our Outer Lane that we makeshift created and integrating that with the feedback we received from our Customer Throughput 4 Team visit. As well as optimizing our space and flow of food from the Production Throughput team visit.


During his time with Chick-fil-A, I had held various roles and responsibilities and with in that have helped the team achieve Guardian of the Brand. With my 9 years of tenure with Chick-fil-A and with Ken Massey, my favorite part in any role I have taken is the development of leaders, the engagement we receive and reciprocate to the team is what really creates remarkable experiences within our organization.
