Meet Justin Council,
I graduated high school in 2016, and found my way to Chick-fil-A through a family friend. Ken had encouraged a friend from marching band and I to apply at his South MoPac location to help us get on our feet as we began our adult journeys. I was excited to start, as I had loved this restaurant, and frequented it throughout my childhood and teen years.
I am the Executive Director of Operations for both the Ben White and South MoPac restaurants. I am a servant leader to both our General Managers, coaching and developing them while also remaining a resource and asset to their initiatives and restaurant needs. I am active in training our Leaders on reading and implementing the reports of the restaurant to drive growth in our Customer Experience metrics while maintaining a focus on Financial Stewardship.

Leadership development at both our South MoPac and Ben White restaurants. This includes the development of a Leadership Development plan, designed to codify and add clarity to an up and coming leader, defining the what/ when/ how/ and why of becoming a Leader. This is all done with a special focus on Servant Leadership. I appreciate the access CFA Inc. grants us to Leadership resources, such as Leadwell.
