Meet Ken Massey,
Ken Massey has been a Chick-fil-A Operator since 2001. Mr. Massey said “It’s my full-time job—and really my passion — to make sure your visit is always a great one. While I am part of a large organization, as an Owner-Operator, I’m actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and our Team Members alike, it also allows me to bring a local flavor to the Restaurant.”
Ken grew up in South Texas on his parent’s farm. It was there that he first learned the values of hard work and perseverance, as well as the blessing of family and community. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University where he met his future wife, Melinda, and moved to the Austin area in 1984. The Massey family has been blessed with three beautiful daughters: Sarah, Anna, and Amelia, as well as three wonderful sons-in-law: Chad, Ryan, and Austin, and four adorable grandchildren. Their growing family has been a source of great joy, and they love spending time together.
