Meet Max McLaughlin,
My first Chick-fil-A was the Fort Union FSU in Salt Lake City, UT. Before moving to Austin, Jeremy and I organized the store’s first video call (Skype) interview to line up my hiring at the Ben White location.
I oversee all of catering at each location, training team members to fulfill orders and coordinate with BOH for catering order production. I also create our menus and operations for third party catering such as ezCater, America To Go, and Fooda. I also balance our accounts with these third parties and collect payments for all other catering invoicing.
Currently we are with ezCater to launch their new Relish program, in which companies order individually labeled meals for their employees. With 2 hour lead times this has been a challenging but profitable sales channel. We are also always working to perfect our ADP with the local St. David’s hospital, who we serve biweekly by setting up in their cafeteria to feed their staff and patrons, with the help of Fooda.
I’m very grateful for Chick-fil-A and CKM for investing in my career. It’s helped me grow as a leader and allowed me to pass on my knowledge and experiences to other up and coming leaders.
