Meet Rebekah Grace,
I’m the Executive of People & Culture and I began my Chick-fil-A journey in August of 2017.
I started my first couple of years at the Chick-fil-A in Killeen Texas with Jay Early. I served in a marketing role where I was the go-to for being the cow! Once I got my associate’s from Central Texas College, I came here and joined CKM while attending St. Edward’s. I remember telling myself I wanted the lowest level of Leadership. I was going to challenge myself to work for that and be content. God had other plans and used Jeremy to call me one day and pitch me an idea to interview some candidates while he goes away on vacation. From the very brief time I was a Trainer, I was propelled into the world of Talent.
I now serve as the Exec. of People and Culture for CKM and I head all things Talent, Human Resources and serve alongside several others on our resident Care Team. I’m responsible for the CKM Talent Strategy, helping ensure current Team Members are celebrated and cared for while also balancing compliance, policy and legal matters.
One project I’m working on is developing the CKM Talent Strategy from top to bottom while being mindful of ways to add to Team Member recognition under the Engagement umbrella.
I love Chick-fil-A for its emphasis on people and serving. The foundational groundwork is honoring God and serving others. It’s fulfilling to give your heart to something like that alongside likeminded people.
