Special $50 Gift Card Applicant Referral Incentive

We are offering a special referral incentive to our team members to encourage you all to refer you friends or family members to apply for employment with Chick-fil-A South Mopac and Chick-fil-A Ben White.

If you know someone that you feel would be a good fit for the Chick-fil-A Team, please use the form below to submit up to 10 emails addresses for potential applicants.

To qualify for the $50 gift card incentive, at least one person you referred must make it to the interview stage of the application process. All potential applicants must submit their application online, and be eligible to work in the United States. This is open to both the South Mopac and Ben White locations, for all restaurant positions.

Advancement to the interview phase will be based on several factors, including availability, work experience, education, and the hiring needs of the restaurant. All referrals must be submitted by Sunday April 7. One person from each restaurant will win a $50 Visa gift card through a randomly selected drawing. Each interviewed applicant will result in one entry into the drawing, and team members can have up to 10 entries, increasing their chances of winning. The drawing will take place as soon as we determine all potential interviews, with a targeted timeline of late April.

Don't forget that, in addition to this special incentive, we have our ongoing employee referral program, which will earn the referring team member $100 if their referral is employed and in good standing 6 months after hire.
